DEPRESSION

 Depression is this thing that must happen to everyone at some point in their life .

Depression is when you feel all alone in your own world,at this moment you begin to have weird thoughts excessive thoughts.

Beginning to feel frustrated day after day, developing self hatred having low self esteem hmmph!! too bad.at this time you find some people hide in their shell ,some hide behind their shadows lost.

Not knowing what to do next ,drown in confusion, refusing to open up to anyone about what they are going through because they are already overpowered by the spirit of depression.

This has caused a lot of people mental stress and if something is not done fast ,this is when you see a case of suicide, murder,self destruction, destroying of properties,etc

    But in all of this challenges we don't always need to blame this people especially those who end up committing suicide.,many of  this people have gone through a lot, and lots more people are still in it.

Not everyone have the strength to overcome this challenges, e.g heartbreak,

Heartbreak has pushed a lot of people into depression,you were in a lovely relationship, you had beautiful dreams together,and then one day boom breakup!! 

Lost: loosing of loved ones has pushed many into depression, some can't bear living without their love ones.

Damage: damage of properties,has done a lot of harm to people than you could imagine,many loose their business,lost investments,etc

Failure: failure has pushed many into depression,many people don't know how to start again or where to begin, this kind of people needs to be reach ASAP.

       How do you manage depressing situations:

*Accept the fact it already happened.

*Embrace the present situation.

*Never give up .

*Love yourself even more,tell your you are loved regardless.

*Get out of the house take a stroll.

*Meet new people .

*Change environment if you can/travel .

*Be positive always,/ believe you will be better.

*Give yourself time to heal/don't Rush.

        If you ever noticed this around you try to talk to the person, don't leave them alone even if they want to.

If you ever feel depressed and feel like all Is over,my dear it's not over until it's over, I understand the weight on your chest, I understand the burden you are carrying.

But never give up, smile Even though it's hard ,talk to someone anonymous, let that load off your chest , when you talk you will feel better.

Don't bottle up that pain, problem, health problem, life challenge, remember you are not alone, a lot of people pass through worst ,the good news is it's always better than it use to be.sending love to you.
